11-5-67 thats my birthdate my birth name is bernise velush i was adopted and i am trying to find my parents and siblings because i have cancer and im only 37 years old and i thinks its heridetary and i need to warn my siblings so they can be check out and possibly save a life if any body has any info please contact me cassdwin@adelphia.net
