Question Searching for Daughter born 1/1/78

I am searching for a young woman 26 years of age. She was born in Omaha, Neb. at University Hospital on January 1,1978. I tried to care for her until December, 1978. I realized at that time I was too young and unable to gve her the proper care or protection a mother needs to give a child. I chose the Nebraska Children's Home as the adoption agency. Her birth name was Malayia Kaye Bell Thompson. I do know that she was adopted by a white woman and a black man --- they were a military family in, I believe, Bellevue, Nebraska at the time. Malayia is also bi-racial. Her birth mother's name was Carla Diane Thompson at the time of the adoption. I am now married and my husband's name is William Wyatt I have two other children, Chaye and Cherry Thompson. I also have a granddaughter named Aaliyah. I live in Sioux City, IA. and am the Director of a non-proft program within an agency called Autistic and Related Disabilities Service Center. It is a brand new agency, so it may be a little difficult to determine authenticity still yet at this time. Malayia, ( I know that is probably not your name, but it's the name I used through the years for you) you have remained in my heart for twenty six years, two months, and 20 days. You will remain in my heart forever, whether we ever reunite or not. My greatest hope wish and prayer is to find you healthy, happy and alive and to be able to cross your path even if it's brief, just one more time. I love you soooo much. We even celebrate your birthday every year. I am very open to having contact with you, if you wish.
Until we meet again
