Hi everyone, my name is Bonnie, I am an adult adoptee, as well as a birth mother. I am 46 years old. at the age of 42, my birth mother contacted me. I had given up hope of ever meeting her, it's been the most wonderful experience. I would love to meet my daughter that I gave up 30 years ago but have not been able to find her. maybe becoming involved with this website will help. I am also a student studying to become a social worker, and through one of my classes I am writing a research paper about adoption, I have attached a survey to this thread and was hoping that some of you adoptees out there will take it. It's short, only 12 questions and it will really help me out in my psych class.
