Looking to adopt in springs
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which agencies are good and have minimal fees. Ok when I say minimal I mean less than 20,000.

The Department of Social Services does adoptions virtually for free. I think you pay about $75 to get the child a new birth certificate after the adoption, and $5 for the fingerprints for your background check, and that is it.
