ISO brother,DOB 1967 or 1968, adopted out of Colorado

Hi,
I have been searching for my brother, I do not have much info other than he was born December 1967 or January 1968. His name was Richard Savolainen but due to him being a Jr. to my father, his name was changed. He was adopted out of Denver,Colorado in 1975-1978. All of his records are sealed. And my family gives no info to help. I believe he was born in Mass or New hampshire. If any rings a bell, PLEASE contact your sister Michelle.

I was born January 15th and the adoption was handled by Catholic Charities, but as far as I know I was born in Denver, or so my birth certificate says.
