Talking Brother born in ST. Josephs
I have a 13 year old brother that was born on April 22, 1989.
We are still trying to get his birth certificate.
His name at birth was Denzel M washington.
We are trying to find out the name of his birth parents and their back ground, so that we can have better success at finding them.

Cathy,
My son was born at St Josephs June 8 1977. I went to the med records office and was told my medical records had been destroyed. Do they really not keep them anywhere else? I also know 8 baby boys were born on the same date.

Is this the St. Joseph's in Orange,CA?If so,My name is Lillian Brown born 01-26-69 my b/m's name is also Cathy or Kathy Barrett my adoptive parents took me from the hospital and are listed as parents on birth certificate. I'd like to know if this is an amended birth certificate and would the hospital keep record of an original? I'd like to know if there was a father's name listed. Thank you.

My sister is looking for her info from Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs. Female, born 5-31-67. Cathy,
I was born at St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange on April 29, 1976 as baby girl Jones (later named Natalie). I was adopted by William and Patricia Tomich. My birthmother's name was Elizabeth Jones. I would like to see if you could find out any additional information regarding my her.
