New information involving adoptees access to adoption records that were finalized between 1951 and 1967 is forthcoming and will be posted as information becomes available. You may contact the Closed Record Specialist at (303) 692-2188 with questions. For more info State of Colorado We have been seeing people get their non-iding info and OBC's...a copies of all files relating to themselves.
