Born in Pueblo, adopted in Phoenix

I was born in Pueblo, CO but adopted in Phoenix, AZ. My birthday is January 18, 1977. You named me Melanie Rae at birth. You kept me for 2 years and then let me go. Sound familiar?

I wanted to let you know that I graduated college and am now working on my Master's degree. I look like you in the 1 very old picture I have of you. I know you had a very hard time 25 years ago and I pray you are doing well.
