ICBF Approval Too!!!!
Just received word that we finally also have ICBF approval!!!
  We were approved on Sept 28th, 2009. Let the 3+ year wait begin  !!We are thrilled to at least be waiting for a referral instead of just waiting to be "officially waiting"! I know you all understand!

Our Timeline 4.17.07 Submitted Application to agency for 0-2 year old boy or girl 5.4.07 Received approval from agency 5.21.07 Mailed I600-A Form waiting on doctor letter 11.7.07 Sent home study to USCIS 11.21.07 Received I-171H!!! 12.17.07 Sent Dossier to agency 12.21.07 Dossier sent to Colombia (ICBF) 4.8.08 ICBF requests more info. 6.5.08 Changed request to a sibling group of 3, ages 0-6 8.5.08 ICBF requests more info. waiting on psychologist report 2.9.09 Updated info. submitted 3.18.09 Approved for 3 kiddos, 0-6!!! 8.20.09 Region Manizales  ...currently waiting for referral

'07 - ICBF wants to approve us for a child 3-5 years and requests response March '08 - Addendum to home study and letter notarized, appostilled, sent to Colombia, translated, and approved. April 9, 2008 - Notification of approval to adopt 3-5 year old. Now the waiting begins. Aug. 2008 - 171H fingerprints redone Dec. 2008 - I600A renewed Jan. 2009 Psych. eval. redone Sept. 2009 - 171H fingerprints redone again
