adopt healthy infant if 3 kids at home?
Hi guys- if you're on the yahoo groups you already saw my post, sorry
 . I am just curious if we would qualify to adopt from ICBF for a boy 0-2 even if we already have 3 kids at home? I have been told by a couple of agencies that we would NOT qualify.

I know the casas have restrictions about how many children you already have in the home, but I have never heard of ICBF having a hard and fast rule about it.
