We are too...
We have finished our home study update and almost have our dossier together. Hoping for our 171H in July / August and then will submit to ICBF. We are waiting for an infant age 0-2 years old thru ICBF too!
Looks like we are on this roller coaster together!

We're just starting as well for Colombia. We just sent in our formal application for our agency, and are waiting to start the homestudy. We are pretty discouraged about the waiting times for ICBF though. Originally we were told that it was still possible to go with casas privadas, and then our agency notified us that now we can only go through ICBF. Which, the fees are substantially less, but I don't know how I'll be able to wait three years for a child 0-2 years old!
We also have to wait to submit everything until I turn 25 in August. Amy

Hmm why can't you go through the private casas anymore? That's strange, I know someone else that is going through them -- and just starting out as well? I can't go through them anyway because I have two children already in the home.

We are in the beginning too. We were approved in March for a child 0-2 through ICBF. The wait does seem unbearable! I was told 2 years.

Our agency changed their policy quite recently to only go through ICBF, as the number of infants available through casas privadas was going down, and they informed us that the casas privadas seemed to be overwhelmed with cases.
