We've been approved, also
Last December, we got word that ICBF wanted to approve us for a child ages 3-5, although we said we wanted a younger one. Since then, we have been writing a letter, adding an addendum to our home study, getting both notarized, appostilized and sent (by the middle of March).
This morning, I sent an e-mail to our case worker asking her if she had word about the status of it. She called several hours later to say that not only had the stuff been received, it had been translated, sent to Colombia, and was actually approved! We won't know for a few weeks what exactly we have been approved for, but I feel like we have gone to the next step, finally. Rebecca
