Hi Everyone,

We will be coming home next Tuesday!!!! We are done tomorrow when we pick up the Visas, however I could not get a flight back till Tuesday. So we will spend the weekend packing and some last minute sightseeing.

We have made many friends here at the Hotel Paris. The place was great and the kids had a great time with the other children.

We will still be home in less than 4 weeks! Even though we were assigned to the Bogota region, we were not in the Bogota courts. We were in Chinquinquira which is 3 hours North. I traveled the beautiful ride twice and my husband went the last time to pick up the sentensia papers and get their birth certificates.

I have tried to keep updated on how everyone is doing. Sorry I have not had time to congratulate everyones progress and welcome the newbies.

We have had NO attachment issues with our 2,4, and 6 years old. It is quite funny when all 3 want to sit on Mami's lap at the same time. My 6 year old who did not know any English, and I very very little Spanish, said I love you today to me! I about cried. She is already picking up the English and I catch her trying to explain to her younger siblings.

I have been following your journey through your blog (and even got my husband, Andres reading it!). It has been so much fun watching your progress with the kids. And they are just beautiful...all of them. I am so happy for all of you and I know you are just anxious to be home! Enjoy this weekend, get some souvenirs and if you haven't already take the tram, I think there is a tram, to the cathedral Monserrate at the top of the mountain. I have heard it is amazing and can't wait to see it for myself.

Congratulations again. Your journey has been inspiring to me. Thank you again for sharing it with us.

Donna, congrats on almost being able to bring your family home! What a great feeling that must be. Your children are absolutely beautiful and I've loved watching (through your blog) you go from a family of 2 to a family of 5! I'm glad the kids are doing so well, too. I hope you have a good flight home and that Carol isn't too afraid of flying. Can't wait to hear how they like their rooms at home!
