ICBF or private
Hi, I am going to try to adopt again and am interested in Columbia. I am a single mom who is interested in adopting a child around the age of 7. My question is how do I go about adopting via ICBF. Do I locate an adoption agency here in the states, do I contact a facilitator in country, I'm confused. Thanks for any leads. My first adotion was from a Russia via a host program so this is all kind of new to me. Thanks again

Hi Nancy -
You will contact an agency in the states here to adopt from Colombia through ICBF. There are several excellent programs, PM me if you would like the name of a few agencies, mine and some people I know have used, that have good Colombia programs... best of luck to you on your new journey! Franny
