I am sending out a prayer to all on this board that are waiting for their Colombian Angels. My prayer is that all of you will be receiving assignments and referals very soon. I can safely say that those of us in the beginning of the process are pulling for all of you waiting. Your completed families will be an inspiration to us all. thank you. its hard to believe that i sent off my first agency application in feb 03. I'm really hoping to be in Colombia by the end of the summer, september. when i signed up with colombia, my agency said "one year". they have since told me that i could go in july/august. but i'm still thinking one year or so, September.

I don't know if I have ever talked to you before, but I just read your post and wanted to connect with you b/c we are waiting for a boy 0-12 months also. We sent our dossier in November 04, got approval Feb 05 and are cautiously hopeful that we will get our son this year. I know it is a stretch, especially with the courts shutting down in mid-December. I think we will be right on the line to missing it and having to wait till 06. That is ok, I guess, but I would love to have my baby before Christmas this year! What do you think?

Thanks for your good thoughts Fran and Jeff. Every Monday that comes I hope will be the start of a week with some news. Once again, I will throw it out there that I hope we have something this week!
