Life's Lil Blessings are Big~~
 I just get tickled at the comments some make when out with our precious precious baby... Usually we get some comments that are funny and not so funny, but it's the little blessings that make a BIG difference in life. Just the other day, a young lady at the register said; she must be yours, when I smiled and said, yes, she said; I can tell by her eyes. WOW!!! I have had a neighbor say that as well... Those are the blessings that come and I say with a thankful heart, thank you and just grin...  Can you sympathize with that? The Lord blesses us in so many ways, but when we acknowledge those blessings it makes a heart glad... Just rejoicing today!!!

Mama_again,
We get that with our oldest son. People tell us all the time that he looks like us. He has blue eyes and light hair like my husband. I ma not sure why they think he looks like me. Tunay

My daughters look eerily similar to my husband and his sister. Even their birthmom talk about it and we've joked for the last six years about "where were you when these babies were conceived?" One day recently we were at the eye doctor and the women at the front desk were oohing and aahing, saying "Oh you can tell they're their daddy's girls...they look just like him!" We just smiled and said "Thank you!"

DD looks SO much like DH. Eyes, hair, coloring in general, etc.
In fact, her birthparents initially looked at our profile because they thought she looked like DH, and she was only a couple of hours old at the time. I really just take it as one more sign that she was meant to be ours.

My thrill comes when I have strangers tell me they sure can see that my three kids are siblings. Our oldest is our bio son, our other two are adotped, and none are biological siblings.

I have had several people say that DD looks just like my husband. We are CC and she is AA. I don't see any similarity except that they are both gorgeous.

Waiting on our baby, but baby wil probably look like DH because the baby will be from Puerto Rico like him!
