I do now right now, but have in the past had a zip lock bag with little boy dirty socks in it.

I have babywipes, tons of receipts, wallet, lose change, several shopping lists, pens, chap stick, a zip lock bag with clean undies for the just potty trained 3 year old, and whatever my kids throw in there!
