We homeschooled our first two children (adopted as infants) for six years. The three middle ones (older child) were homeschooled to help with attachment and RAD issues. This is a very good way to help with bonding and such.
(However, in the end, hs and other therapies weren't enough to help....)

But, as our two youngest are becoming of school age (one will be in K this fall).....I am planning to hs again. I find that it provides not only a great spiritual and moral foundation....but like one other poster before me stated....I just love being around my kids, and this is a great way to do it.
We are also firm believers that if a family chooses to homeschool, they must also be very involved with other sources for their children to be with other kids. Church, 4-H, Girl Scouts, just to name a few, are really necessary in order for the kids to 'be kids' sometimes too.

Feel free to pm me if I can be of any help to you.....

Sincerely,

Linny
