Hi everyone!

There is a man named Sean who is a member. He usually posts under general adoption/adoptive parents. He and his wife just brought their son home three weeks ago and now he says the birthmother has changed her mind.

As any of us would be he is devastated, but trying do do the right thing for the child.

So I'm asking for prayer on his behalf.

Dear Father,

You know the heartbreak of separation from Your Child, and I pray that right now Sean senses Your empathy in this situation. I pray that he will feel a peace that is beyond understanding, that he and his wife will heal from this situation and not be afraid to open their arms again to a little one who is meant to be their child. Oh, Lord, let their friends and family comfort and surround them right now, and please use them to speak the words You know will heal their souls.

For the mother who decided to keep her baby, let her be a wonderful parent to this child, and in the solace of that, please let Sean and his wife feel healing as well.

If there are any words of comfort that we can speak for Sean right now, please use us, Lord.
