cant think of a catchy subject, read it if you feel like it.
hi, looking for my birthmom. i was born in alexandria, louisiana, at cabrini medical center, 2/4/87. ive been looking since i was 12 and found out by accident that it was actually possible to look for my parents. i didnt know you could do that. i hate being adopted. its haunted me my whole life. outside the home my adoptive parents claimed me as their own, inside the home from the time i was 9, they abused me physically, and emotionally. they hurt me, and that was their choice. but i need to know if i do have a mom, or a dad, that cares even a lil bit. if not, thats cool too, im learning to cope on my own. but yeah, if you recognize the info, (Alexandria, la, cabrini med. center, 2/4/87, email me-angeltrainingin@aol.com

Maryn, Thanks for sharing with us!
Hi Maryn , Thanks for your honesty in sharing openly with us about your adoption journey. I am sorry that you have had such a difficult life and hurt from your adoptive parents. I do hope and pray that you know that their behavior has all to do with the issues they harbor from their past.- not from you. God loves you and created you for His purposes and fellowship. You are precious in His sight! He desires that you be loved so I am sorry that you have not experienced this love in a family that chose to adopt. Adoption search is helpful to answer the questions of our past and gain knowledge of our medical and genetic history. But there is no guarantee on the outcome. Many hope to find a happy reunion and welcoming people but that is not always the case. Adoption support groups in your area, as well as these forums online can give you some added emotional and spirtual support and prayer. Thanks for sharing and stay in touch! Blessings, Jody Moreen
