It does my heart good to read these recent posts where everyone is seeking God's will and trying to do what is best for the children involved. Being an adoptee can be traumatic, and for those of us born in the 1950s, when it was never talked about it, many issues have festered and are only now being dealt with, when we can talk to others on sites like this. Some of the things we went through can be avoided, or dealt with earlier, nowadays because the whole thing is more open. Also there can be no better parents than Christians who are following God, because He know every single issue and, if you are sensitive to Him and your child, you can help them deal with issues as they arise. Bless you all!
