Favorite Tear Jerker Movies

Right off the bat, it's "Beaches", "Terms of Endearment", and "Mr. Holland's Opus." It doesn't matter how many times I have seen them. I still break down crying everytime

...and you?

You included my biggest one, Terms of Endearment. I think I cried through half of Hotel Rwanda.

Steel Magnolias.. no matter how many times I watched it, I still cry when Shelby dies and Aunt Fern comes and picks up Jack Jr.

StepMom... I also cry when the mother is giving her children gifts that she made for them as she is sick up in her room.

Yeah.. Ghosts.. That is sad too.

Ghost...even old brings me to tears.

(Even though it is not a movie any hallmark commercial.)

All of the above, without a doubt.

Did anyone ever see the movie "Immediate Family", a movie from the 80s with Glenn Close and James Woods trying to adopt? That gets me too.

My Girl-when she is at his funeral

"Give my daughter her medicine" I could tear up just thinking about it!!

Jerry McGuire....About 3 parts of the movie make me cry and cry. That's the perfect movie-a chick flick tearjerker, with just enough guy stuff to keep the men happy.

Steel Magnolias, Fried Green Tomatoes, My Girl, Finding Nemo, Sword in the Stone, Finding Neverland, Mr. Holland's Opus, Charly, Singles Ward, and a lot more I'll have to think about.

And yes I really cry at these movies - I didn't starty crying over some of these movies till after I placed both my girls for adoption then I cried a lot more during some of these movies.

StepMom and Terms Of Endearment are my 2 big tear jerkers. I also got a little choked up at the end of Leaving Las Vegas.
