Cool Weird Street Names
Mitsubishi sponsored a poll about the weirdest street names. These are the top ten. I can't believe that some of them are actual streets! LOL.


10. Tater Peeler Road in Lebanon, Texas

9. The intersection of Count and Basie in Richmond, Va.

Working a call center you better believe I get some of the weirdest street names you have ever heard of!!! I should start writing them down as I can't remember off the top of my head!

Don't work in a call center but ambulance billing so I get the same thing. We just start laughing and cannot believe that there are streets name like the ones we see

Another New Jersey Road...
Former "Jersey Girl" here...
Break Neck Road Gloucester County NJ. So named for a reason, lots of twists and turns and an absolutely frightening accident history! I was once one of the "luckier" victims at it's intersection with Cedar...

i live on a street that when you google the name, the only sites that come up are this street, and the bush it was named for. (there are only two of those, because the street name was spelled incorrectly.)

Those are some hilarious names! That is a good question? Who does come up with these names? lol Ok. another thing to ponder. Ever notice what business' are located on some "off the wall" road/street?

Example: A church located on Adam Street, Worth Street, Providence Road or Deep Creek? Talk about being up a creek without a paddle. lol
A Country Club/Golf Course on Irongate Or Wood Dr? Isn't Iron and wood some type of golf club name?
Ok.. Here's a funny one. Department of Revenue on Green Street. Money is green, why not, right? lol
BTW, North Carolina has a **** street. I am sure glad planned parenthood isn't located there.

We have a RUSHMORE and DOLITTLE Siding Company. (it is the 2 owners last names) I have always thought that was funny.
