Way To Go!!!!!
Good Job Stacy!!!!!!!!!!! I was a bit disappointed on Sat when I weighed in that I had only lost 2 lbs in the past week. (I lost 3 each of the 2 previous weeks), but I guess 8 lbs in 3 weeks is not bad. You've done awesome to lose all that weight. That pants purchase must have made you feel SOOOO good!!! Congrats!!!!! Hooray again! Walked 1 1/2 miles in 20 minutes! Sure need help in the food department though. Boy, i love my bread and butter!!!!!!!!!!!! YIKES!!!!!

Hope I can jump in here. I SO need to do something about the extra pounds! Someone made me a copy of the WW points book & scale 6 years ago. does anyone know if it has changed significantly over the years? It worked for me then & I really need to get back on track. Yes, I know I could go to their meetings, but the closest one is half an hour away & I really can't justify the extra trip to town with gas so high & me not working.

Sorry it has been so long. It looks like everyone has been doing really well in the past few days.
So, on the 25th I walked one mile, which brought me up to 23 for the month. (My goal is 31 miles in March) Then, yesterday and the day before, I went on an incredible ski trip and skiied a total of 16 miles!!!!! That puts me at 39 miles! Yippee! I did it! The trip was wonderful. We skiied 8 miles in and of course 8 miles back out. We spent the night in the woods, cooking over a campfire and spent time soaking in a wonderful, crystal clear, natural hot spring. I am going to try to go again before spring if I can find the time. It was so peaceful. Hope everyone is doing well. |

I started Weight Watchers in February. I'm doing the points plan. I have lost a little over 12 pounds so far. My goal weight was 110 lbs until WW put my goal weight for 106 lbs. I'm also 5'1".
Its very hard for me to lose weight. I just take it one day at a time.

Toria-I live in Fairbanks, Alaska. It is great here. I love my state so much that I hope I never move Outside. I do make it down to the lower 48 a couple times a year to visit folks, but even that is hard sometimes because I hate missing time here.
BTW-if anyone ever showed up here, I love being a tour guide. I know lots of really neat, local type places that are cheap and free. I also know what touristy things are worth spending money on... Tenderheart-your "one day at a time" comment has reminded me that I need to keep up my butt movin'. Just because I did my trip doesn't mean that I don't have to keep working. I need to get back in gear. So, today my boyfriend woke up and the first thing he said was "I need to go work out." I am thrilled. He is at the gym right now. I am very proud of him and am hoping that he and I will be able to exercise together sometimes. Hope everyone is doing well. |

Today my guy decided to go to the gym again. I was going to just stay home and clean my cabin, but decided that I would walk to his gym and get there about the same time as he finished up. So, I got a 2 mile walk in and am way above my goal distance. Yippee!

Hi everyone.
Glad to see everyone is doing good. Bad news is the banna splits and birthday parties finally caught up with me. On tues my weight increased 3#. Oh dispair, agony. Oh well, now I really have to kick it in gear. maggibeth: thanks for the good ideas on work eating. To those of you exercising you go girls. I hope to start addding that to my regimen next week. Anybody ever do a balance ball workout? I now know what muscles create a 6 pack! But it didn't feel like a workout while I was doing it - that is a big plus. Jump rope lesson learned this week - always wear a sports bra! OUCH! My biggest food problem I have discovered - CJ likes to "share" her food with me. She literally shoves food in my face & cries if I don't take it. My happiest food moment - discovering my yummy creamer only costs 1 point in my coffee!! I was dreading having to give that up.

TWEE, sorry about your gain...this week is a new start ![]() maggiebeth, the ball is a GREAT workout and wonderful for your back and spine. probably need to add a cardio workout with it. I always exercise a few times in a row and then get lazy for a while. I HAVE to do something regular or i'm wasting my time!!!!!!! I'm trying to eat more salad and i bought the no pudge brownies that weight watchers suggests made with yogurt. trying!!!!!!!!! ![]() Good luck everyone
