WACAP and the benefits of going through ones own state agencies
Oh dear
Somebody asked a long time ago about the agency WACAP in Renton, Washington. No response. I asked a few days ago the same question and my posting didn't even get posted! Hmmm. Would you veterans out there kinda recommend going with a local agency if at all possible (WACAP is close to me). Reasons being that one may link up with families adopting from the same orphanage, the little girls possibly having a friend in the state etc.. (I am going for an older little girl). Thank you kindly Addy And once again. Does anybody know anything about WACAP? |

I am a teacher and one of my parents adopted their little girl through WACAP. She couldn't say enough nice things about WACAP! We're in Northern VA and working with an out of state agency did not seem to present any problems for this family. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
