A Dutch family would like to locate a little boy called An
Qiao Di. Although the message below is somewhat off topic for this group
I feel
it is important enough to put on this listserve. I am sure that after
reading
you understand why.

Hi

On December the 18th, 2002 we received the referral of a 3 year old SN
boy from
Bengbu SWI, Anhui province. He is born in July 1999.
His name is An Qiao GE....(big brother). We are now looking for a boy
called An
Qiao Di (little brother). He is mentioned in Qiao Ge's papers.
From what we know he is already adopted, we don't know when. There is a
remote
possibility that the boys are siblings as they both have
the same SN. The special need is a very rare special need! The boys were
found
just a couple of days after each other and if I am right they were found
at the
same spot/place! We are very anxious to find this boy so we can find out if
they are related.

We would like to ask you to please pass this message on to everyone you know
who has adopted children or who has relatives with adopted children.and
to as
many lists as possible...Just leave messages everywhere.

The biggest change is that the is in Amerika or otherwise in Spain.

But you knever know!

We contacted already about 20/25 American agencies. Only a few answered. So
please help us......
