Hi,

We also are close to being able to send our dossier off to China. We hope to do so by the end of April or mid-May. Right now, we are just waiting on our home study person to finish her report so we can send a copy of it off to the INS. Everything else is pretty much done, so we are just looking at the wait time for the home study report to finish being written and however long it will take the INS to process it.

My husband and I would also like to have an email penpal.
