Please go to the website of the China Center for Adoption Affairs, the branch of the Chinese government that assigns all the babies. The requirements are there. Do be aware that some agencies have requirements that are more strict than those of China, itself. In the U.S., at least, it is a good idea to talk to several agencies before making a decision.
