Ni Hao Kai Lan merchandise at Target
I found a red t-shirt, it's adorable. There was also a dress and a purse I think. It looks like they have dolls and other stuff online too!

We found some dolls, a wipeable book, a leappad game and a new to us CD (we have two now) at Toys R Us.
I am very excited and know what I will tell everyone what to get Lian for xmas!

We got Charlotte the Kai Lan bubble machine and the red t-shirt. She loves them both.

I saw the Kai Lan tshirts too...very cute! Cady is already in a size 6 so they wouldn't fit her, I only saw them in the sizes 5 and lower.
At the time we brought Cady home more than 3 years ago, there were no popular asian images for children, so Dora was a healthy substitute. To me, Dora looked as Asian as it came. :-)

My daughter, 32 months from the Philippines likes this show a lot...one thing about it really bothers me....it is that the little girl does not have Asian eyes...in fact they are round....I think it is too bad that they do this...Just my thoughts

I know what you mean, but think the eyes are crafted after anime figures which seem to be popular in Asian countries. My daughter has actually retained some of the Chinese words by watching Kai Lan, and has learned Chinese phrases.
