I received this information today.
Obviously, CCAA is going to refer children as they decide to, but it doesn't look like getting a visa for the child to travel back to the US is going to be difficult any longer due to swine flu.
So, maybe this is a sign that the referrals will start being more regular than they have been in the past couple of months.

I am glad I didn't know this last week-as we sent our applications out on Friday to our carrier! It just would have stressed me out!
