Terracotta Warriors
We got to see the Terracotta Warriors when we went to get Jake. It was a truly awe-inspiring site.
Here is a link to an article offering a new interpretation of the statues. Expert says terracotta army of servants, not warriors_English_Xinhua

Interesting theory. It makes the most sense.
We have some close friends that got to see them and they too, were in awe of them. We were sent to China thru Shanghai, and then to her native born city, so we didn't get to see much of old China, except for what we saw in her native city.

I'll have to take a look! DH wanted to go see those super bad, but our daughter wasn't from that area.
