finished my 100 good wishes quilt (and so proud;)

Sooooo we (my mom and I) finally finished the 100 good wishes quilt for my son (who came home in April). He loves it!!!! He points to the different squares and says "oooh- dinosaurs.. mommy look- pirates!" So cute! If you want to see it it is on my blog!

This is Awesome!

Too Cool! I didn't even know about this tradition. Thanks for the education and I love how the quilt turned out! Congratulations!

Thank you! It's been on his bed a while now, and he just loves it!!!! I am so glad that we did it!!!! I highly recommend doing one, boy or girl, baby or older. Also (someone pm'd me this question) the back side is denim, so it is "reversible" in case you would ever want to reverse it. But the colors are so nice, I woldn't want to put it on the denim side! PS- You don't have to be an expert sewer to make one!!!
