Hi. We have been waiting since 3-7-06 LID. We wanted to say hello! We just completed adopting a little boy from Guatemala and are still waiting for our little angle from China. We are in the process or switching from the Guatemal froum to here. We will still keep in touch in both froums. We wanted to start getting familiar in this one while staying with our other friend in the Gutemalan forum. Anyone have any clues when maybe we will be getting our little girl home?

That's a tough one. Currently, the referrals are to January 20, 2006. The referrals have been as small as 2 days and as large as 10 days per month, in the past year. There has not been a good pattern of which to set our expectations for quite a while (since around the time you were DTC). And as you probably know, it's another 4-6 weeks to travel to China after referrals are made.
IF there are 7 days of referrals per month till your LID, that would make it another 6-7 months wait till referral for you, and another month or so till travel. But that's a BIG if. There could be more or there could be less referrals, no one really knows.
Some people think that there will be more referrals after the China Olympics are through.
On a more positive note, I believe there are some expected referrals in the next couple of days for January 21-?? 2006.
Enjoy your little guy for now. He is so adorable! And soon enough, he's going to have to share his Mama.

If I had to guess, I would say that you will get your referral by around the first of the year - give or take a month. But then again, that is just a guess. March 7th is my birthday, by the way

I also have the same LID Congrats on your gorgeous little man! I have been following the stats and if I had to give my best guess, I believe we will have referrals anywhere between October and January. I'm leaning more toward November. There are not a lot of LID's in Feb compared to March. March 7th is a huge date so keep your fingers crossed and hopefully we will be on our way before the holidays!
