requirements for adopting from China??
Where can I view the lattest regulations/requirements for adopting from China? I read somewhere that you body mass index is a big factor and I want to know if that is still true or dose it depend on the agency??

New Regulations for Adopting from the People's Republic of China It appears adoptive parents have to have a BMI of 39 or less - regardless of agency.

According to the draft regulations that the CCAA has published, people with a BMI of 40 or above cannot adopt from China. This became effective on May 1. You can see these regs on the website of Families with Children from China.
