European Adoption Consultants

I had problems - through a different program. Their customer service is lacking and we had several delays which almost made us think they were a "fly-by-night" kind of adoption agency. We had a few surprises in costs during the trip. However, the babies are very healthy and we would probably consider using EAC again...only if the coordinator abroad is still in charge of the program as this person made it all happen.
