Erin, I am so sorry for you and for all the families who are going through this. We will most likely not be able to finish our paperwork, either, mainly b/c of the CIS office and its slowness. We have a referral from Guatemala, a baby boy who we have met and adore, but we also very much wanted to add a little Chinese girl to our family.
I miss my future daughter already.  Becca
