What would you want in a lifebook kit?

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently working on an exciting way to get some spare $$ for our second adoption. I'm a digital scrapbooker and I learned how to do this when making Lilianna's lifebook. I'm working on making a kit for a toddler lifebook kit---mostly targeting the 2-6 year old group. This kit could easily be used for digital and paper scrapbookers. I have my list of ideas of things to include--but I'm really curious as to what other's would like. So, if you have any suggestions or ideas of what you'd like in a kit--I'd love to hear from you. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Take care,
Melissa

At 4 my daughter asked me why her parents couldn't keep her.

And then there's describing poverty, the one child policy, preference for boys, etc.

I loved putting together the photo albums of China and the scrapbooking. It took me a long time to tackle the lifebook.

Ok- I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but here is what came to mind. I am a paper kind of gal- not very technological- but would love to have something that had phrases in Chinese that I could resize (true type) and print out. Example: Always in my heart, We love you, Where I was born, My favorite things etc.

I think a page for the first day home would be nice. Also a few pages for "Favorites" (food, toy, etc.) at every age level (Baby, Toddler, Tween, Teen, etc.). I'll probably think of more things, but this is what I have so far!
