CCAA Update--December LID Through Review!!
"The CCAA has finished the review of the adoption application documents registered with our office before December 31, 2005."
I just popped in from the Russian forum to check for a friend with a LID of 12/19/05. The CCAA website is stating that December is now through the review room!! I thought I'd post here after I called my friend. Congrats to the December LID's!!!

Was this more reviewed than normal? Seems like it took a big jump for the review room. Looks like review to referral is getting closer together, or is it just me, hoping? :-)

They did get through December faster than November. I think it took three or four months to get through November and less than a month to get through December. Definately good news for us as we have a Jan LID so we are next.

Does anyone know what this means when they go through the review room and what this means for timing of referral? Someone mentioned to me that from review to referral is about 8 months?

Our dossier went into review 5 months ago and we are still at least a month to 2 months away from a referral so 7 months is about right. But the way people are talking about October, it could get much, much longer.

I'll be there the same time as you Tracy, I hear the hot season starts as early as March-August. Let's hope at least the hotels have AC!
