hi, we may begin our china adoption in a few months and need your input for agency selection.

I am thinking to use the adoption in other state for our china adoption. Any one from Michigan is doing done this?
could you PM me your experience? any advantage and dis advantage to use out of state agency? We are in metro Detroit and thinking about Harrah or CCAI.

HI- I am not a MI family- we are a NY family- but I wanted to let you know that we used a big agency outside of NY- one of the ones you mentioned and it was just fine- no problems at all. If you are organized and live near the city- it is even easier. My husband works in NYC so he was able to walk every paper in for us. Most agencies will allow you to fax or e mail copies of your paperwork befor you certify them all- so that you know everything is correct and in good order.
