Hi. My Husband and I are new to adoption (we will submit our application this week!!!!!) and this board has been WONDERFUL! However I see certain words or letters over and over and I do not know what they mean. Is there a list or place we can look them up? I hate to keep asking simple questions.

TA - Travel Approval

CA - Consulate Appointment

LOI - Letter of Intent

DC - Dossier Consultant

HS - Homestudy

SW - Social Worker

USCIS - United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

WC - Waiting Child
