Question I-600A Question

I was filling out the application and noticed that they ask when you are leaving to pick up the child and what providence you are going to. What did you write down for those answers?

Thanks
Judy

Our agency told us to put "unknown" for date of intended departure and city, province.

Hi Judy,
You can put down UNKNOWN for both of these--at least I think that is what my HS agency told me to put.

Anyone else want to clarify this for Judy?

Sorry, Sheri, we were posting at the same time! Good, I am glad you remember doing the same.

Now I am nervous. I just sent my I 600A today and I put unknown for province and 2007 for date(I filled this out back in January). Anyway, I showed my Social Worker and she said that was o.k. Should I have put unknown for the date?? I hope this doesnt cause problems!

Nichole, I think that will be okay, especially if you asked the SW about it.

I actually sent the wrong amount in with my I-600A! It was returned about 2 days later--they are really good about looking over your stuff and letting you know right away if there is a problem. To be honest, I really don't think it added more than 2 days' delay.

Baltimore is fast. When you go to get fingerprinted, though, go to Wheaton.

Good luck!
