171-H Arrived completely unexpected!!!
Okay for all you NY'ers out there- or those using the NYC office- we were fingerprinted on 3/31 and the 171-H arrived today - 4/24. OKay- not so bad afterall. My husband did get to speak to Mr. Hernandez this past Wed. He told my husband to expect it within the next two weeks but to call this upcoming Wed just to make sure it was mailed out!!!!
I hopefully will be DTC in May! I hope all goes well with critical review!!!!! So happy!!!!

I had to laugh at your title, Jennifer, as the same thing happened to us. I expected to be in Immigration for several weeks, but was out in one. Unfortunately, my dossier consultant at my HS agency was out of town the entire following week, so our authentication and certification is just starting today.
We are hoping to be DTC on May 12th. We are with Great Wall. Are you with CCAI? Christina P.S. Congratulations, by the way!

Yup CCAI! My husband will have all the certifications and authentication done on Wed and hopefully we will mail the 171-H to them that night Fed Ex. They already have the rest of my dossier. However- i do not think they started it yet!
 Sorry to hear about your HS agent being gone for the week! How frustrating! One step forward- one step back! We'll all get there!

Congratulations Jennifer!! I also spoke with Mr. Hernandez, and I think it definitely helped...I was DTC 3/14 and hope to hear what my LID is this week when the "mail" comes from China--you know, the referrals!!My agency is smaller, so we have to "wait" for the mail to get out LID, but it has to be almost a month already. Good Luck to you a syou prepare to be DTC-
