China's Income requirements

I had heard that if you do not meet the requirements the CCAA will evaluate those instantances on a case by case basis and I wanted to know if anyone had any additional information on this. I am single with one child...I live with my brother and we are using his income to help qualify me (just in case as I am just a tiny bit under the requriements). The guideline is $10,000 per family member per year....including the new child. Wendy mom to an indian princess and paperchasing for a china doll!!

Check with China Seas Agency. I looked high and low for that very information and until I checked with them I couldn't get any clarification. Email them and tell them the situation you are in and they will help you know if you are eligible or not. I did learn that there is no minimum requirement but that they prefer parents to demonstrate that they can afford to raise the child they are trying to adopt.
