Drumroll, please....
We are finally DTC!!!!!
 I just received the email a few minutes ago. Thanks to everyone for all your support when I was moaning and complaining about the wait. I promise to TRY not to sweat the small stuff as much. I know our daughter is on our way to us, I just have to be patient. Funny, I'm very patient with my sons and was pretty patient during my pregnancies...but haven't been patient at all in this adoption process. I've got to learn to relax a bit and have faith in the system. So we have much to celebrate today! My dh brought me roses and I can't remember the last time he did that.

Congrats on your DTC. AND the roses..........LOL. What an achievement, especially after the setbacks..........congrats again!! We have just sent in our I600A with our homestudy so have a way to go yet.

Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that it's so hard to wait and then all of a sudden it happens! I hope that you will now get a quick LID.

Yeah! It has to be so exciting after all the waiting to finally be that next step along. Now you can just sit back and relax for just a little bit. BTW your boys are adorable!

Congrats Mary! How exciting, maybe you will sleep a bit better tonight knowing that you are one step closer to your mei mei!!
My sister is in the middle of adopting her second child from the Phillipinnes and she had a 21 month wait for referral and has been waiting for her TA, and was just told this morning it will be another 7 or 8 weeks for her travel is approved! It is like another 5 months waiting to travel after her referral--CRAZY! I have ZERO patience, but think if my sister can wait this long for her daughter, I can wait for my mei mei for at least another year!! Even though I wish I could go NOW to meet her!!! We are one day closer than we were yesterday to meeting our new daughters!! Enjoy today--you've worked hard for it!! el
