Referrals before Chinese New Year?

I know that families are announcing their referrals now (CONGRATULATIONS! to all the families)...I'm wondering if it is likely for another group of referrals to come out before Chinese New Year?

Our SW def. thought so. She said she thought we had a very good chance of getting our ref. in Jan., Feb at the latest. When the delays started piling up in the fall we thought we were being pushed back to a March refferal so we were thrilled at this news. I think I have been extra active on the board the last few days because I am so excited, but I know that I am setting myself up for disappointment if our ref. is in Feb (even though that is still good news).

That is what the rumor mill is saying, and there is a precedent for that happening. I, for one, hope the rumor mill is right this time. Today is exactly the 6 month anniversary of our LID. I'm still holding out hope for a spring referral.
