Jenna,

That's incredible! I haven't done a thing...my 2-year-old is sick and my 1-year-old is grumpy today. I hope to get some treadmill time tomorrow.

Oh yes, things will definitely change when you have a toddler around the house! I have to incorporate exercise into my day by having them spend some time in the basement playroom while I jump on the treadmill, or sometimes my husband will watch the kids at night while I exercise.

I saw in your signature that you have had 3 miscarriages. I'm so sorry about that. I also had 3 miscarriages before I had my first son.

Good luck with your workout/diet plan! It seems like you're off to a great start!

You could have said nothing else besides "salmon with mango chutney and bulgar wheat," and I still would have been immensely impressed.

Best of luck to everyone in their goals!

that is one of the easiest meals to make! you get a 2 lbs fillet of salmon, a jar of premade mango chutney and basically put the fish in the skillet skin side down, spread chutney on top and cover on medium heat until you can flake the fish with a fork. bulgar wheat (or you can do couscous as well) you just boil water +/- butter and add the wheat after you take it off heat. wait 5 minutes and fluff with fork.
almost zero prep time and 15 minutes cook time for a healthy and very yummy dinner. we have it once a week or so

Christmas Day, I had a [diet company] breakfast, then went to my boyfriend's mum's house for a lunch of smoked chicken, salad and a little bit of plum pudding and cream. Dinner was at my dad's, but I was full from lunch, so I had a boiled egg, some tomato, and some salad. Then I went for a 45 min bike ride.

Today, it's been [diet company] breakfast, [diet company] lunch, a massive salad. I'm about to have a banana and some popcorn at the movies, and then [diet company] dinner and some yoghurt and fruit for dessert. Activity today has been an hour of surfing, which is the HARDEST thing I have ever done.

Keep up the good work guys!

Rebecca

Talking

lol - here's my confession.

Yesterday
1100 - woke up late. Intended to excercise but ended up editing Christmas photos on the computer instead.

1130 - three cups of coffee and an apple followed by about ten hersheys kisses from my stocking.

1330- a little leftover turkey

1600 - went to work where I was accosted with a buffet of cookies. I had about five.

2000 - getting slammed at work so I went back to the buffet and got about six more cookies with a soda chaser.

2200 - finally a chance to eat. Bowl of turkey soup.

0300 - home from work. polish off the last bit of turkey breast with some asian hot sauce before going to bed.

1000 - up again. Three more cups of coffee and a leftover brownie from Christmas. Thinking I really should be out there excercising but here I sit...

Thanks for posting this. I have about an hour before I have to get ready for work so I think I'll go for a nice long walk with the dogs.
