Has anyone recently delt with Dallas CIS? We have heard it takes about 2 weeks to get fingerprinting letter once CIS receives both I-600A and HS. We sent both together a month ago and still have no fingerprinting letter. Like everyone else we are quite anxious. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at CIS to find out anything. They spelled our name incorrectly on the receipt they sent acknowledging receipt of our documents. We attempted to contact them through a number our SW gave us had to leave a message and we also sent overnight letter to them with no response. We are feeling quite desperate. Anyone heard of getting senators or reps involved?
Thanks for any info! Connie |

Hi, it only took about a couple weeks to get our fingerprint letter after we turned everything in. For the most part, Dallas seems pretty fast. I also had some problems come up that I needed to talk to them about, but my homestudy agency contacted them for me. As far as I know, there wasn't a way for me to do it. Can no one at your agency get in contact with them for you?
