Notary Question
I have a question for everyone. I am about ready to turn in my dossier, I'm just waiting for USCIS approval and I just noticed that on my state background check that they sent me the notary expires Feb 2006. So, does the notary commission have to be good up until you pick up your baby? I'm not sure now if I'm going to have to do this over. They sent it to me from the state capital, so I wasn't there to realize it at the time.
Thank you, Miranda |

My agency recommends that the notary's commission is good for at least one year from time of DTC.
The notary I was planning on using has a commission that expires on 10/31/06. Since we are just now starting our Home Study, they are recommending we find another notary just to be on the safe side. Donna ![]() |
