Tracey, I am in central NY and I am in the process of using New Life in Syracuse for the second time. They are a small agency but get the job done. They also usually have small groups that travel together which makes it nice. YOu get to know everyone in your group.I You can contact Linda at 315-422-7300. They also put your dossier together for you and take care of all the authenticating. You just supply them with all the paperwork. Makes it much easier than some. They do nsn and special needs from China.
