Question Questions for Agency: Who do I speak with?

Hi Everyone! We are just getting started in this whole process and I am doing tons of reading. I have a laundry list of questions to ask an Agency that we are leaning towards. Since I haven't actually spoken with them yet (only contact has been thru email), should I ask to speak with the Agency Director or the Program Director to get all of my questions answered.
No joke...I have about 20 questions for them. Should I try to get all of my questions answered in one mammoth phone call, or should I call them back a few times until I am satisfied that everything's been answered? Any advice is appreciated. We're just trying to do all of our "homework" so that we can make sure that this is absolutely the right agency for us. Thank you.

Hi! sounds like you are on the right path and you are doing your homework. just like we did. Talking to director of the program is a good choice. Also, find out if they have any meeting in town you and your dh can go ask questions in person.
Believe, me we did alot of research . It took us a year of the paper chase and now we just waiting for the referral . Good luck!

Another suggestion

You can talk to the director, or you can talk to the person who will handle your case. One of the things you should be interviewing for is rapport with the one who you'll have the most contact with. As well, you want to make sure s/he is knowlegeable in the program.

I felt the same way you did before we made our agency decision. My first phone call was 45 minutes long, and I was never rushed! If it is a quality agency then your feelings of bombarding them with a load of questions will be quickly put to rest. At least my experience was like that.
Good luck!!!
